
You are
invited to arrange a free initial telephone/Skype
consultation with me without obligation. Essentially, this
is an opportunity for us to discuss your difficulty briefly,
for me to assess whether you are in the right place to get
the help you need, and to explain to you what is known about
the difficulty you are experiencing and how we will
typically go about resolving it. If I have any uncertainties
about my ability to help, I will tell you so honestly. If
you are not comfortable to proceed for any reason, you will
not be pressured to make a booking. Assuming that we are
both comfortable to proceed we will then agree an
appointment time and get your therapy underway.
I am also happy to answer any questions you may have before
booking by email.

Just give me a call on 0117
904 4504 and I'll be happy to spend 20 minutes or so
with you there and then. If for any reason I can't talk
at any length immediately I'll take your number and
arrange a time to call you back.

me with a request for a telephone consultation and
the best times to contact you and we can arrange a
mutually suitable time by email. (This is preferable to
avoid phone tag).

Telephone
any time on 0117 904 4504. Leave a message, a name, and
a return number CLEARLY with a suitable time for me to
call you and I will return your call as soon as I am
able to.
Please
note: I am working with existing clients
during some evenings throughout the week and I am therefore
unavailable some evenings for telephone consultations. I
will return your call as soon as I possibly can, even if
it's just to arrange a time we can speak at length, but I
request your patience in advance if I we manage to miss each
other (It does happen and I promise I'm not ignoring you!)
Wherever possible I will leave a discreet message if you are
not available and will call again as soon as I can.
