Hypnotherapy
and CBT are recognised forms of treatment for a very wide
range of conditions with a psychological or stress related
origin. These can include anxiety, panic, low mood, anger,
phobias, OCD, stress, nerves, negative thinking and stress
related insomnia. Hypnotherapy and CBT can also be
practically applied for performance enhancement as well as
being a useful aid in overcoming habits and addictions. Use
the "conditions" link above to see a full list of
conditions treated.
The
application of hypnotherapy is highly flexible and every
treatment is naturally tailored to your own individual needs.
Modern hypnotherapy is practical, safe, non-invasive, and solution
focused, so you don't need to go through deep analysis to
be helped. With that said I am one of only a handful of
hypnotherapists in Bristol who practice hypnoanalysis and analytical
treatment is available if desired. Many difficulties can
be treated easily and painlessly. I also offer Cognitive
Behavioural Therapy or CBT as it is more commonly known.
I am an accredited therapist holding qualification to NVQ4
level (meeting national occupational standards) in both
hypnotherapy and CBT so you can rest assured that you are in
experienced professional hands.
